Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Custom or special-order items unless defective or damaged
Items returned after the 3-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include the following details in your email:
Full name
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange return pickup at no cost to you. If a return is approved for any other reason, return shipping may be your responsibility.
Refund Process
As Meira Nest operates on cash on delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number. Once an item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
